Kerala style Layered porotta at Home

Ingredients 
 
1  flour - 3 cups

2  salt -  pinch to taste

3  sugar- 2 tbsp

4  Ghee-1 1/2 +1 tbsp

5  oil - 6 to 7 tbsp

6  Milk-1/2 cup

7  water- 1/2 cup

8  Egg - 1

  
Preparation 
 

Step 1

Make a dough using flour,1/2tsp ghee, milk, 2tbsp oil, 1 egg, salt for taste, 2 tbsp sugar. Knead the dough until it is soft and keep the dough for rest atleast   one houe

step 2

Make small balls and roll like chapathi drizzle it with some ghee and oil and make stack of another ball rolled round over it. Remember to grease each layer

step 3

cut straight and make a dough ball . spread the dough ball and cook in medium flame
